Return Policy: Special Sales & Events

1. Shop for Pyar Flash Sale (Sunday, 9th February, 6 PM - 11:59 PM):

  • Non-Refundable.
  • Only exchange allowed for same or higher value.

2. Republic Day Sale (Jai Ho Sale - 28th January):

  • Non-Refundable.
  • Only exchange allowed for same or higher value.

3. Republic Day Sale Event (Jai Ho Sale - 24th to 27th January 2025):

  • Credit note will be issued for returned products purchased during the offer.
  • Exchange allowed for same or higher value.

4. Super Saver Combos:

  • No return or exchange.

5. Flash Sale (Website & App - 14th Dec 2024, 6 PM - 10 PM):

  • Non-returnable.
  • Exchange & Gift Card (GC) allowed.
  • Clearance sale items excluded.

6. End of Year Sale (6th - 8th Dec 2024):

  • Credit note will be issued for returned products purchased during the sale.
  • Exchange allowed for same or higher value.

7. Black Friday Sale (22nd Nov - 1st Dec 2024):

  • Credit note will be issued for returned products purchased during the offer.
  • Exchange allowed for same or higher value.
  • Free saree received is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

8. Dil-Wali Sale (3rd Oct - 10th Oct 2024):

  • Credit note will be issued for returned products purchased during the sale.
  • No refund and no exchange allowed.
  • Clearance sale items excluded.

Return & Exchange Policy for Domestic Orders (Effective 14th August 2024)

Return Policy

  1. Timeframe: Return and exchange requests must be raised within 10 days of receiving the order.

  2. Condition: Products must be in original packaging with tags intact. Items without tags will not be accepted.

  3. Usage: Items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.

  4. Exceptions: Products bought during sales are non-refundable but can be exchanged or store credit can be issued.

  6. Purchase Location:

    • Items purchased at our retail store can be returned for store credit only.
    • Items purchased online can only be returned or exchanged online.
  7. Credit Note:

    • Valid for 1 year from date of issuance.
    • Cannot be converted into cash.
  8. Self-Shipping:

    • If pickup is not available in your location, you must self-ship the product.
    • A maximum of INR 150 will be credited for reverse shipping.
  9. Non-Refundable Charges:

    • Gift wrap, shipping, and COD charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy (Effective 14th August 2024)

  1. Timeframe: Exchange requests must be raised within 10 days of receiving the order.
  2. Restrictions: Once an order is exchanged, another exchange is not allowed. If the customer wishes to return an exchanged item, only a credit note will be issued.
  3. Payment: If the exchanged item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid. COD is not available for exchanged orders.
  4. Delivery: Exchange/replacement items will be delivered to the same address as the original order.
  5. Product Exchange:
    • If exchanging for the same or different size, a replacement will be provided at no cost.
    • If exchanging for a higher-value item, the difference must be paid.
    • If exchanging for a lower-value item, the difference will be refunded as a credit note.
    • Items cannot be exchanged for multiple products; only one item can be selected for exchange.

Refund Policy

  1. Process: Refunds will be issued after the product passes H3Plus quality check.
  2. Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days.
  3. Exceptions: Products bought during sales are non-refundable but can be exchanged.
  4. Damaged or Defective Products:
    • Refunds will be issued only after verification by the H3Plus team.
    • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
    • In exceptional cases, a credit note or replacement will be provided.

International Orders

  • Currently, we do not offer return or exchange for international customers.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • Orders can be cancelled before shipping for a full refund.
    • Once the order is shipped, no cancellation or refund will be provided.
  • Defective Products:
    • If a defective product is received, email returns@h3plus.in with Order ID and product images.
    • After verification, a credit note or refund will be issued.
    • No replacement will be sent.
